Thank you for shopping with Bloomfield Schoolhouse Lavender. Each order is carefully prepared and shipped from our lavender farm and apothecary in LaGrange, Indiana.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

To ensure each order is packed with care, we currently ship orders twice per week on Mondays and Fridays.

Orders placed shortly before a shipping day will typically ship on the next scheduled shipping day. Orders placed after a shipping day will ship on the following Monday or Friday.

During holidays, special events, or peak seasonal periods, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and the shipping method selected.

From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout or in promotional messaging.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Local Pickup

Local customers may have the option to select local pickup at checkout.

Pickup orders can be collected at our shop in LaGrange, Indiana once you receive notification that your order is ready.
